How does the plan work?

1020RX Dental Plan is designed for individuals and families looking to save money on dental care. Once enrolled in any discount plan, you can visit any participating dentist and receive treatment at a reduced fee.  When you visit a participating dentist, make sure they are a member of Aetna Dental Access ® Network and always show your 1020RX Dental card.  

 

How do I find a participating dental office near me ?

Please click here to find the dentist near you. The quickest way is to enter the "State" and "Zip Code" information in the dental search engine. When contacting dental office regarding 1020RX Dental Plan, please make sure the dentist is part of "Aetna Dental Access ® Network ". In case the dental office does not recognize the name of the plan or says that the dentist does not accept the plan, please contact our customer service desk directly at toll free 1-800-7-1020RX Our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.

Is 1020RX Dental an Insurance plan?

No. 1020RX Dental Plan is NOT insurance, but a "reduced fee" dental plan. Most traditional dental insurance products are geared towards large groups and corporations. Discount dental plans are primarily designed for the needs of individuals and families. In addition "reduced fee" dental plans remove much of the hassle and waiting that goes into enrolling in traditional insurance. Unlike traditional dental insurance

  • we do not check or exclude certain health conditions.
  • there are no complicated forms to fill out
  • enrollment available to anyone at any age, regardless of your current health.
  • most importantly there is no limitation on use. You can use our plan as much and as often as needed.

When can I start using my card?

You will receive your membership card in approximately 5-7 business days. Then just find a participating provider near you and make an appointment.

How much can I save with the 1020RX Dental Plan?

You are always guaranteed to save at least 30%* on the average - and, many times even up to 50%** and more at over 58,000*** dental locations nationwide whenever you use the card. Click Here for examples

Can others in my family use the card and get the discount?

If you choose the family option then family members in your household, including spouses, children under 18, children over 18 who are attending school, and financially dependent relatives can all use the card. 

Are all health conditions included?

Yes. All health conditions are included. Of course, any dental procedures performed by a nonparticipating dentist are not included in our plan.

How many times a year can I have my teeth cleaned?

An unlimited number of teeth cleanings is available and each is included at the price listed in the Schedule of Benefits.

Are dental specialists covered?

Yes. You and your entire family will save on virtually all dental procedures like braces and dentures, cleanings, fillings and x-rays and much more! Includes all pre-existing conditions and cosmetic dentistry such as bleaching, bonding & Veneers.

Can 1020RX Dental be used in together with your insurance plan?

Yes, 1020RX Dental Plan can be used in conjunction with dental insurance plans as long as you see one of our participating providers. After paying the reduced fee, you will need to file a claim form with your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Unlike other dental plans, you can try our plan Risk FREE for up to 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your savings we will refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.

Can I cancel at any time?

Unlike other expensive dental plan which lock you into a minimum of a one year contract, you can cancel at any time. There are no contracts, no penalties or cancellation fees, you simply pay for the time used. If you cancel within the first 30 Days you will receive 100% refund, no questions asked.
